We require 2-3 days to prepare the package, and in case of defective products, we will need to arrange for a replacement.

For Europe

You will be given a DHL tracking number which will not be updated until the package arrives in Spain. (Usually takes 6-15 days)

For USA or Canada

Fedex tracking number, which is only updated once the parcel arrives in the USA or Canada, which usually takes about 7 days (UPS or Fedex, sometimes 1-2 days)

For Australia

With Australia Post, parcels need to be picked up by the post office when they arrive in Australia, which usually takes 5-8 days to do so.

For UK

Delivered by Royal Mail or Yodel, parcels will be updated upon arrival in the UK.
