The Omega 2500 coaxial movement started in 1999. For more than 20 years, Omega has continued to refine and improve various aspects such as vibration frequency and escapement wheel. The movement number has also changed from 2500A to 2500B, 2500C, and currently 2500D. So far, the Omega coaxial movement has matured significantly.
The coaxial movement reduces energy consumption and parts wear, thereby extending power reserve, maintenance cycles, and enhancing movement stability. The 2500 movement has also passed the accuracy test of the Swiss Observatory and is certified.
