Since 1970, the OMEGA Ploprof has survived and worked under the strong pressures of the ocean depths and has since firmly established itself as the most water-resistant diver’s watch from OMEGA. In fact, even the famous ocean explorer Jacques Cousteau tested the OMEGA Ploprof watch, which he used to evaluate human physical and mental abilities underwater.
In 2009, OMEGA launched an updated version of the Ploprof that not only dives to a depth of 1,200 meters but also features OMEGA‘s groundbreaking Co-Axial escapement.
This year, this unique watch returns as the Ploprof OMEGAMaster Escapement Chronometer, with four surprising models in the collection that offer more advanced technology and visual appeal. All versions of the case are made of titanium (about 40% lighter than stainless steel and more resistant to corrosion). The rubber strap matches the color of the watch. Each version adds aSuper LumiNova glow-in-the-dark coating to the bezel that lights up the watch in the dark.

It looks very good, and has better texture than the pictures sent by the customer service. The brand, movement, workmanship and materials are all very good. It would be better if it could be cheaper.
