BREITLING, an independent Swiss watchmaker, launches a new series of Top Time retro car watches this season. The designs are all based on classic models, integrating the modern retro style that the brand has led in the world of fine watchmaking. They control the speed and wind in time: extremely fun to drive, the Ford Thunderbird, which attracts attention with its luxurious design, solid structure, and dazzling tail;
the Ford Mustang, which captures the free spirit of the 1960s, is compact, elegant, and stylish; the hottest among American legendary models, with its low-profile body and powerful engine cleverly combined, Chevrolet Corvette; and the Shelby Cobra, designed and launched by Le Mans champion Carrol Shelby, which combines British design features with the essence of American racing engineering.
Originating in the 1960s, it was designed by Willy Breitling, the third-generation founder of BREITLING, to capture the charm of the era. Since its inception, the Top Time series has carried sports genes and pursued freedom and pleasure, so it has quickly become the darling of car enthusiasts and fashionistas. Whether wearing it for a spin on a motorcycle or racing in a sports car, it is one of the first chronographs favored by both men and women. Its bold graphic design has taken magazines and screens by storm – even the world’s most beloved spies. James Bond also wore a new version of the timepiece while filming the 1965 movie Thunderball.

The watch is attractive. seems to keep accurate time. It’s advertised as waterproof, and setting the date and time is a breeze. However, I ran into trouble with the band—it was really hard to adjust. The tool they included for removing pins and links didn’t work; the tip bent and broke easily, and so did the extra tips that came with it. I ended up having to buy a separate band adjustment tool from Bushrunningmate.
