A sophisticated watch in the Code 11.59 series, which first appeared at the 2019 Salon de la Haute Horlogerie in Geneva (SIHH). This new model mixes stainless steel and ceramic materials. The middle part of the case is black ceramic, while the top and bottom are stainless steel. The dial is a smoked beige, and the three-eye timing design is unique, boosting both the durability and look of the watch. The dial uses fine embossing that looks like hand carving, with details done really well. It comes with Audemars Piguet‘s own 4401 self-winding chronograph movement, featuring a flyback chronograph function. The movement offers a 70-hour power reserve and uses a vertical clutch and column wheel mechanism to make sure the timing function is accurate and durable.
The hour markers and hands on the watch are made of 18K white gold, with the hands partly hollowed out and filled with luminous material to make them stand out in low light. The watch case has a sandwich design, with an octagonal middle case and a round bezel and bottom cover. The ear design is a unique suspended structure, fixed only above the table ring.
