Switzerland watchmaker Breitling has announced an exciting partnership with United Kingdom motorcycle maker Norton Motorcycles, which will lead to a unique collaboration of products and features inspired by the two brands’ thrilling and similar historical timepieces, as well as some of the materials typical of the legendary high-performance Norton motorcycles.

It’s a perfect match. Both Breitling and Norton Motorcycles are brands with a long history founded in the 19th century, and their visionary founders named their companies after themselves, setting the standard for the industry. James Lansdowne Norton started his company in 1898 as a maker of parts for two-wheelers, and in 1902 produced the first motorcycle. Willy Léon Breitling‘s workshops in the Jura Mountains had been making watches for more than a decade.
