The birth of this series began with the design concept of the heads of the animals facing each other. Two animals from the Kingdom of Cartier meet in bracelets, necklaces, and watches. The heads of the animals are vivid, but the body design is unconventional: the zebra has crocodile scales, the cheetah wears the striped fur of the zebra, and the giraffe and the tiger also swap markings, breaking through the established perception of the animal image and boldly unleashing a witty and creative imagination.

In the Indomptables de Cartier collection, Cartier boldly combines a variety of design techniques to create a strong three-dimensional effect in jewellery pieces such as bracelets, watches, and collars. The tension in the animal’s ears, jaws, eyes, nose, and other details is shown by precise and clean lines.
