Cartier has also done a brushed process on the surface of the plate, and it is decorated with a sunburst effect, with the red part showing a fine texture. In fact, the Tank L.C., which looks very similar to the Tankwatch, continues to have a rectangular shape, with minute tracks on the dial, Roman numerals, and cabochon sapphires on the side of the watch, which are classic Cartier watchmakingfeatures.
The watch has a secret back, with a brushed finish on the 18-carat gold caseback and engraved with the brand’s name and various watch numbers and imprints. At the heart of the watch is a hand-wound mechanical movement crafted by the Cartier 1917 MC calibre, also a tribute to the year in which the Cartier Tank was founded, with a frequency of 21,600 oscillations per hour, a 38-hour power reserve when fully wound, and a paramagnetic alloy protective layer integrated into the case to provide ideal protection.
It comes with a red alligator leather strap with an 18K gold pin buckle and a quick-release snap closure at the lug link for different wearing needs.
This TANK LOUIS CARTIER watch, as I personally feel, although it is not as stylish as the most popular Cartier CRASH series on the watch market, it is striking at a glance. There is no new Cloche bell watch; the shape of the antique small bell is unique enough, and it is not as asymmetrical as the Tank Asymétrique that came out last year. The Tank L.C. simply redefines the rectangular lines of the Tank series, combines materials and colors, and showcases its elegant beauty to the highest level. Although thewatchdiameter size data looks small, because of its rectangular shape, it is suitable for both men and women. The effect is noticeable and is very good; formal wear is suitable for casual wear, and combined with ultra-thin thickness, it is a good, elegant goldwatch and personalized choice.
