Omega began launching the Planet Ocean Chronograph to complement the collection in 2006, just a year after the series’ official debut. That’s why Omega made sure to feature a completely new chronograph design when it launched the third generation Planet Ocean in 2016. The model we have here, number 215.92.46.51.01.002, is part of that generation, introduced in 2018 in a limited edition of 73 pieces to commemorate that year’s Volvo Ocean Race.
In terms of appearance, the “Volvo Ocean Race” Planet Ocean is similar in most aspects to the previous chronograph watch design. Its highly limited production is a tribute to the racing series that began in 1973, as well as the depth it brings through its ceramic structure.
Like other Planet Ocean chronographs, the Volvo Ocean Race features a prominent, solid case measuring 45.5mm x 18mm with a screw-down crown, chronograph pushers, and the iconic helium escape valve at 10 o’clock. On the dial, a pair of concentric snail-shaped dials are accentuated by red and the bounce of dishwasher-style hands. Broad arrow hands indicate the hours and minutes, while a signed and also reddish counter tracks the seconds. With 600 meters of water resistance, this unusual Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph offers the complete package and is an all-in-one dive watch like no other.

Some men like cars, and some men like watches. I just like watches, but the original version is too expensive and I can’t afford it, so I bought one here. I have received the watch. It looks high-end and elegant, and the packaging is exquisite. There are currently no problems and it’s worth buying
